Please NOTE: We have set up your teams payment schedule to help your team. We wanted to breakup the payments to lighten the load. The payment dates are very important to get in, on or before, the date that it is due. If your church or organization can pay all of the trip cost on the first payment date, that would help us out tremendously.

When we get your check our local bank puts a 4 to 5 day hold on it. We must then wire it to the local missionaries in the hosting country and that can take 3 to 10 days. The local missionaries must pay deposits on the rooms and transportation. If your team is 5 or 10 days late then it really puts the Mission Trip Inc. and our missionaries in a bind trying to get everything finished and in order at the last minute.

We try to group our bank wires to save us the transfer fees. If your group is late, we may require your group to pay the $45 for wiring your funds.

Due to the price of fuel the airlines will only let you check ONE SUITCASE for Free! DON'T over pack. The ONE suitcase MUST NOT weigh over 50 lbs! They will charge you $25 per extra Suitcase Both ways! Contact your airline for their specific rules!

Don't Make Promises. I can not emphasize this enough!
Hell is filled with good intensions. Many times on the mission field our hearts are broken and we want to help and give. We must be careful that our good intensions don't hurt the people we seek to help. Please remember that you are in a foreign country and the laws are not even close to the laws in the US. Do not Make Promises to anyone on the mission field. Speak to your host missionary before you say anything to a local. We have had many of broken hearted people when the things that they were promised failed to happen and at no fault of the person that made the promise.
