TIMETABLE & PAYMENTS

6-9 MONTHS PRIOR TO TRIP
Make a decision to have a short-term mission outreach.
Present the idea to your church or support group for their approval.
Fill out the SignUp form and send in your $100 application fee.
Have team members fill out the Missions Trip Application.
Begin to plan find raising projects and contact Mission Minder and set up your team.
Start talking about projects and how much project money your team can raise.
Set up regular meetings to discuss progress

3 MONTHS PRIOR TO TRIP
Team’s project money raised – This your team will hand carry with you!
The team members own money should be raised with the help of Mission Minder.
Make a copy of the team’s Liability Forms and Mission Applications
All team members should have filled out the Missions Trip Application.
Send in the Original Copy of the Liability Forms and the Missions Trip Applications to Mission Trips LLC.
You set the team or group official number. NOTE: Once the team number is set you can increase but not decrease the number.
Weekly meetings with team members
Continue to ask God to prepare hearts both on the mission field and with the team.

2 MONTH PRIOR TO TRIP
ALL Team members should have passports!
ALL of the Liability Forms and Mission Applications must be turned in to Mission Trips LLC.
Send in the Full Trip Payment so we can wire the local pastor s that will receive your team.
All food materials, tools, etc should already be purchased by the team and weighed.

1 MONTH PRIOR TO TRIP
ALL payments must be complete. Payments needed to be complete 2 months out due to the time it takes for church check clearing our bank and the time to wire the funds. Our local contacts much have the money in their hands as soon as soon as possible to secure the transportation, fool, and logging.

1 WEEK PRIOR TO TRIP
Team weighs in and final packing. Make sure to spread the weight around.
The team must hand carry all project money. Mission Trips LLC never touches a teams project money!
Last minute paperwork MUST be turned in.

REFUND POLICY

If your team or group Cancels – No Refund will be given and the money paid will become a donation and will be used in our ministry.

For team or group members:
Once your team number is set you can increase the number but you can not decrease the team number.  If one of your team members cancel on you, then you can replace them with someone but they must turn in all paperwork ASAP and must have a valid PassPort!
